International Women’s Day is kindof a big deal for us. At Be Leaderly, we try to make it our mission 365 days a year to support the advancement of women leaders and amplify their voices, but there’s something uniquely affirming and energizing about a day where women worldwide get extra loud and proud about standing up, speaking out, and lifting each other up.
The theme for this year’s observance on March 8th was Be Bold For Change. With that in mind, I challenged members of our Be Leaderly community to identify one bold action they would take to celebrate women’s achievement or champion women’s advancement at work, and write it on a post-it note. Here’s mine:
