Leaderly Quote: Find a need and take the lead.
By Jo Miller
In last month’s webinar I had the pleasure of interviewing two amazing leaders, Nina Bhatti who is founder of Koko, Inc., and Rebecca Harris who directs the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Chatham University. Our topic was Intrapreneurship, which they defined as acting entrepreneurially while employed within a large corporation.
Listening in and tweeting live, participant Mae Danger Mathis (@MaedWithLove) synthesized Nina and Rebecca’s thoughts on intrapreneurship into this one powerhouse quote, “Find a need and take the lead.”
