Leaderly Quote: Someone sees the leader in you
By Jo Miller
Sometimes a thought or quote leaves an indelible mark on us. It was more than a decade ago I that found a message inside a fortune cookie that said, “Someone is looking up to you. Don’t let that person down.” I saved the tiny piece of waxed paper and carried it in my purse for many years.
As I was sifting through recent blog posts looking for a pithy #MondayMotivation leadership quote, the fortune cookie’s message popped back into my head. Here it is, updated as a leadership quote:
“Someone sees the leader in you. Don’t let that person down.”
