This is part 2 in a 3 part series –I’ve asked four rockstar entrepreneurs to share their lessons from going “solo” to reaching the level of “team.”

My masterplan is to build a community where we start leveraging our mistakes and treat them as “intellectual capital” — learning from each other so we ALL benefit . I’m super curious to know what would YOU have done differently in building your team if you had to do it all over again?
